love letters by kris is a subtle reminder that love, in all its ache and beauty, can still find permanence on paper.

Each envelope portrays a felt sense of yearning and desire for a love just out of reach, with remembrances of intimacy shared and the ache of what lingers after; capturing the tension between what was said and what was left unsaid.

What's included?

Every month subscribed, you will receive: a letter, an original poem, an original art print (hand signed), a postcard with original art, a QR code to a specifically tailored playlist, and a mystery item.

How often will I receive?

You can expect to receive one edition every month subscribed. Please see the FAQ about billing below for more information on the timing.

When does it ship?

Ships on the 1st of every month. Please allow for 1-7 business days (for U.S.) or 7-21 business days (International) for the envelope to arrive. Please note that each envelope is shipped using stamps to keep membership affordable. That said, tracking information is not available. If you have not received your package by the 15th of the month (for U.S.) or by the 5th of the following month (for International), please send an email to mail@kristofersoderlund.com and a replacement will be sent!

How does billing work?

You will be charged on the same day of the month you subscribed (e.g., if you signed up on June 22nd, you will be charged on the 22nd of each month). The timing, however, is a bit confusing so bear with us...Order by the 10th of the month to receive the next letter! Any signups occurring after the 10th will receive the following letter (e.g., if you sign up between December 11th and January 10th, you will receive February's envelope when it ships out on February 1st. If you sign up between January 11th and February 10th, you will receive March's envelope when it ships out on March 1st, and so on). If you subscribe at the start of a new sign-up period starting the 11th of every month, there may be a brief overlap between payments before your first delivery arrives. Rest assured, each payment corresponds to its own unique envelope!

What if it gets lost or damaged?

We understand that USPS (and weather) can create issues. If yours arrives damaged, please let us know and we will send a replacement! If you have not received your package by the 20th of the month (for U.S.) or by the 5th of the following month (for International), please send an email to mail@kristofersoderlund.com and a replacement will be sent! Sending a replacement will not impact the delivery or timing of subsequent editions!

Can I purchase the previous month's edition?

Because each month’s edition is produced in limited quantities, we’re unable to offer past editions once they sell out. However, all previous art prints are available for individual purchase (multiple sizes offered).

What is your cancellation policy?

You are never locked in! Cancel at any time by managing your subscription by logging into your account. If you have any trouble, please contact us at mail@kristofersoderlund.com. Please note that given the timing of billing relative to the timing of receiving each month's edition, cancellations may apply to the next billing cycle. Any edition already paid for will be shipped. Also note that we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on this product.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Give that each month's edition is completely custom, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, we would love to understand why so that we might improve our future offerings!
